I've never used a line sitting service before. How does this work?
Call, text or email us with your request. Decide on the number of hours you' d like us to wait. FULL PAYMENT FOR WAIT DUE IN FULL. We'll post the job to our team of waiters. When one accepts, they will call or text you to confirm and review order (usually within an hour). Upon arrival they will send you a text, along with a picture and your approximate place in line. Call or text them when you're close. Arrive, then swap places! (Gratuities, graciously accepted!)
Do other people get mad?
While we are in line, we have explained our service to those around us, so they know to expect you. There are no surprises and everyone is informed.
Do you hold spaces for more than one person?
For most waits, it is a 1:1 ratio. One line sitter per person! If more than one person arrives, we do not relinquish the spot and your payment is forfeited. Remember, we have already told the people behind us, who is coming! If there are 2 sitters, then only two people should be arriving to swap. And please don't have them come after you've swapped. It is considered "THEFT OF SERVICE" under New York City law (kinda like jumping out of a cab or leaving a restaurant without paying) and we can pursue either the CRIMINAL or CIVIL route. It's not worth it. Futhermore, we're not responsible if those behind you, complain to staff/security and get you ejected from the line. THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS ARE RESTAURANTS (USUALLY 4:1) AND SOME GENERAL ADMISSION CONCERTS (2:1). ANYLINE SELLING MERCHANDISE IS 1:1 RATIO, AS ITS USUALLY 1 PER PERSON.
Is this legal?
We are a recognized legitimate Limited Liability Company with the State of New York and we also have a Federal Tax ID. No other line sitting company in New York City can say that. Our service is no different than having your husband or wife wait for you, except you pay us!
Who are your line sitters?
A few are close friends of the founder, Robert Samuel, who stepped in as the business started to grow and have stayed on board. Others are current and former employees of other larger companies who provided similar tasking/courier services. They are college students, stay at home moms, veterans, and even people with full-time jobs!
Can I request a specific sitter, I've worked with previously?
Yes! That's actually strongly recommended! Just be sure to tell us when booking! PLEASE NOTE: Robert Samuel, the owner may be unavailable depending on your request.
Is my payment refundable, if I change my mind or don't get my item?
THERE IS A 20% CANCELLATION FEE, if you cancel at least 12 HOURS prior to START of your requested start time. VERY IMPORTANT!! There are no refunds as a result of product unavailability, store/event closure, police activity, unruly crowd control or other unforeseen circumstances outside of OUR CONTROL. As a rule, generally we try not to make recommendations on how long to wait or comment on existing bookings. We can however, provide past info to help you make an informed decision. We strongly suggest checking out blogs, word of mouth and social media to get an idea of demand and chose enough hours to get you as close to the front of the line as possible. WE CANNOT PREDICT WHEN A LINE WILL START OR HOW LONG THE WAIT IS.

A NOTE ABOUT HAMILTON/BROADWAY TICKETS , IPHONE and SNEAKER/HYPEBEAST...
Hamilton/ Bway - We are purchasing tickets that can come out at any point of the day so we need to have full payment for tickets. The waiting portion is due upfront as well since we don't want to perform monetary transactions in the line or during the show, should we have to see it. When you arrive to the theatre, everything is paid for and we are just waiting for ticket availability via the Box Office. We perform the transaction at the window, since we waited in line.
iPhone - The overwhelming popularity of Apple's products yield lines that are unpredictable. Although we have been doing this since 2012, we never want customers who are unsatisfied with their place based on the number of hours to withhold payment as has happened in the past. Just once, but once was enough! When we suggest hours we know what we are talking about
Sneaker/Hypebeast- Releases from Jordans, Yeezy, KITH, Supreme and similar products tend to have somewhat chaotic unpredictable lines and uncertain product availability. For this reason, full payment is due to protect our Line Dudes who have provided the service of waiting.

10% CANCELLATION FEE - CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 48 HOURS ***OF SCHEDULED WAIT START*** (NOT SHOW TIME)
20% CANCELLATION FEE - CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED LESS THAN 48 HOURS ***OF SCHEDULED WAIT START*** (NOT SHOW TIME)
40% CANCELLATION FEE - CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED ONCE THE WAIT HAS STARTED

FULL REFUND- IF CANCELLED WITHIN TWO HOURS OF INITIAL REQUEST & PAYMENT ( APPLIES TO NON-RUSH JOBS, AND SITTER NOT DISPATCHED)
